Thank you so much for creating the gluten-free Baked Ziti kids meal! My daughter Sarah, 8, was diagnosed with Celiac disease only last January.
One of her very favorite foods has always been pasta. While I can fix
her gluten free pasta that I buy from health food stores, she missed the 'coolness' of frozen dinners. Her eyes lit up when she saw this in the store's freezer and
she loves how it all tastes, especially the focaccia bread and pasta.
We're all learning how to eat to live instead of living to eat, but
every little thing I can do to make her feel like she's 'normal'
(whatever that is) and not missing out on so much helps her as she
adjusts to the gluten-free diet. The only thing I ask is that you maybe
come up with other frozen dinners for kids.

I only share this information so that you may get a sense of how important a healthy lifestyle and diet are to me. I just tried your roasted vegetable pizza with no cheese.... and it was great. I commend you for getting it right. Healthy food that tastes great! I thank God for companies like yours that offer healthy alternatives to the typical diet of starch, fat and lard.
