Vegan Diet Plan: Day 14

No Gluten Added = No Gluten Ingredients Added Amy's Diet PlanBreakfast
Amy’s Breakfast Burrito
1/2 cup fruit or juice

Lunch
2 cups Amy’s Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Soup No Gluten Added
6 whole grain crackers
2 cups salad greens with
1 tablespoon light dressing

Amy's Diet PlanSnack
1 small apple or other fruit
1 1/2 ounce cashews or other nuts or seeds

Dinner
Amy’s Roasted Vegetable Tamale No Gluten Added
2-3 cups chopped cabbage, carrots, cucumbers
and onions mixed with
2 tablespoons Amy’s Mild Salsa No Gluten Added

Dessert
1/2 cup fresh or frozen, defrosted berries
 


Need A Little More?
For an extra 300 calories: Add a morning snack of 1 cup non-dairy milk or yogurt + 1⁄2 cup fruit, 6 more crackers at lunch, and 1 ounce cashews at afternoon snack.

Daily Tip
Use Stevia intead of Nutrasweet. It is a natural, sugar-free sweetener.
