I just want to thank you for doing what you do. I'm a 26 year old nursing student/wife/mom, and cooking healthy when you're constantly busy is a challenge. I grew up with your products, as a teen, and now am able to use them to feed my crew on those crazy days when there's never enough time. :) Thank you for making such a quality product that's quick and easy. My family sends a hundred hugs your way! From Kari Main

I eat your soups for lunch at work nearly every day. I have yet to find a flavor I don't like. Your soups taste so fresh and I like that you don't skimp on the spices. Thanks for making a healthful product that I can have for lunch instead of toxic fast food! From Kelly Gray

A couple of years ago, I discovered Amy's Kitchen by accident.
My husband and I have been trying to eat healthier by incorporating organic foods in our diets. This can be hard sometimes because we don't have a Whole Foods store very close to us - but Amy's Kitchen can be found at our local grocery store making it a little easier to have healthy meals and snacks. So, I just had to write and say thank you! so much for making healthy, organic, low calorie vegetarian meals that are DELICIOUS! I can feel good about heating up a frozen meal in the microwave for lunch or dinner since it is organic & tastes freash - not to mention that I can understand and pronounce all of the ingredients on the box! Thanks again and please - keep up the good work for all of us who want a quick and healthy meal! Sincerely - Sami Lacks, New Haven, CT From Samantha Lacks

Dear Amy, I was at the grocery store this morning looking for something quick and easy for breakfast rather than skipping the meal. I saw the Tofu Scramble and decided to give it a go. Looking at the box I was a bit worried that the whole meal would be bland and the tofu would be soggy. Upon opening it up to put into the microwave I noticed that it smelled quite good. Oh but I would not be deceived! I grabbed the hot sauce in one hand and my fork in the other as I walked over with the Tofu Scramble to the table. I took one bite, anticipating the pool of hot sauce that would soon cover the plate and low and behold, it was GOOD! The poor hot sauce felt neglected, as it was never opened, because the Tofu Scramble surpassed even my best expectations. The potatoes were full of flavor; the scramble too was full of flavor and not soggy! The portion size was great -- I didnít expect so much food to be there. A++ to Amyís and the Tofu Scramble, it will definitely be on my table again! in the future! From Brighid

I've been eating your frozen foods for over a year. I must say I'm not into eating organic foods nor am I a vegetarian, but the quality is so great that now I cannot stand eating other frozen meals. People at my work agree - there are always Amy's meals in the freezer. I especially love the black bean enchiladas. The sauce tastes very similar to my mom's and I have not been able to find that at any mexican restaurant out there. She was not one to follow recipes and unfortunatly she is not with us anymore, but at least I can still remember her cooking, even when eating your enchiladas. Maybe some day I can replicate her sauce in my own kitchen. Thanks! From Penny

I also love your Indian entrees, very well seasoned. Keep up the good work. The enchiladas are great also but just never tried the chili until tonight. Wish you had a restaurant or cafeteria locally!!! From Daniel Clooney

Okay. Before I start in on how crazy delish your pizza is,
let me just say,I've eaten my fair share of pizza in my lifetime (30
years), and being an Italian American, I take pizza very seriously.
I've had every kind of pizza you can think of. From straight out of
a so-called "brick oven imported from Italy" to "straight
from the freezer at the market". I've even flown to New York to
have a slice of their "famed pie" after hearing that the
best pizza is NY pizza. WELL, The sauce is unreal. The crust is unreal. The flavor blew me away! The darn pizza came out of my oven tasting like my Nona made it (but yours is WAY better....and I'm not telling my Nona, she'll freak out). This just doesn't happen with store bought frozen pizza! (Am I saying a bad thing? I might as well be, because your pizza is so much more worthy than the hum-drum stereotype of "frozen pizza"). Please, whatever you do, never...EVER stop doing what you do, because AMY'S DOES IT BEST!!! Your brand new #1 fan, Palm Beach, FL
