Email!Subject: Wonderful Wonderful

Dear Amy's Kitchen, I'm hooked and so is my husband (he especially loves your Tofu Scramble). No doubt you have heard this a thousand times, but your products really do taste like they are HOMEMADE FROM SCRATCH.  Everything I have tried is simply delicious.  Who knew being healthy could taste so good.

Thanks.

Letter from: Mrs Reese - November 2003

Hello! When I was growing up, we were fortunate enough to have parents who took us out once a week to dine. My father always said "If the soup is good, so will the rest of the meal be." He was right every time. So soup has always been one of my absolute passions to make and eat.

After eating your soup, I kept saying this is even better than mine and I have always been praised for my cooking. To top it off, not only was it so very delicious, but ORGANIC ingredients as well. No wonder the flavors were so VIVID with each bite. The price was
right too. Now that I am retired, we are on a single income, so will return
as soon as I can to the Dollar Tree here in Placerville to buy more.

Thanks so much for making such a nutritious product.

Sincerely, Mrs. Reese

Subject: THANK YOU!!!

Email!I just wanted to let you all know how much it means to me to have such a great company be sensitive to the growing needs of it's customers!  As a working mom of 3 - one of which has Down Syndrome & Celiac Disease - it is nice to have the option of buying a "convenience food" for those especially CRAZY days.  Thank you so much for developing the Rice Crust Pizza, we can't get it in our area yet, but have been requesting it & look forward to trying it soon!  Thank you, too, for keeping so much of your food "clean", so that people with all types of diet restrictions are able to enjoy & benefit from your products.

I actually get weepy with appreciation because these types of products are so few & far between for us, but are such a huge help in making even just one meal easier (& a little closer to "normal").  Keep up the good work & know that the more gf products you produce the more we'll all buy!

Best wishes for the future-
Kelly

Dear Amy's

I am writing to let you know how much we love your products! Our favorite is the Spinach Pizza. It is perfect on nights we don't have time to cook. Not only that, but by the taste of it, it is impossible to believe that just a few minutes ago, it was sitting in our freezer! We respect and are grateful for your use of organic, non GMO ingredients. Thank you for caring enough to create such a wonderful line of products.

Sincerely, Amanda

Email!Subject: My son

Dear Amy and family,

My sons (8 and 11) are picky, picky eaters.  This is partly my fault, because they have been fed fresh, organic food since birth.  As a result, I can't pawn any fast food off on them to make my life easier.  I guess that's good, except when I want to save time (at their nutritional expense) by trying to make Subway or Taco Time sound tasty.

Not surprisingly, my older son Joe is a vegetarian, and mainly eats rice, tofu, broccoli and fruit.  As a result, he is thin and hard to fill up.  The exception to this is when I take him to the local (and rather expensive) Thai restaurant, where he eats and eats and eats.  But we can't afford (nor do his brother or I want) to go there every night.

But tonight was different. I gave Joe your Thai Stir-fry (which he was open to because "it's from Amy") and he practically inhaled it--he licked the dish--he sang its praises--he begged for more.  He then pointed out that we do have a small freezer we could fill up with this discovery...

I know I can cook Thai food, and we will go to the Thai restaurant occasionally.  But I want to let you know you are doing a GREAT job, cooking GREAT food and making my life easier.  Not to mention making Joe one happy 11 year old.

Thank you for your hard work and for sticking to your (and our) values.

Sincerely yours,
Caroline L.
