QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Department: Quality Assurance
Reports to: QA Manager

SUMMARY

Coordinates quality assurance activities in the Sutton plant through product inspection, form development, record review, the supervision of QA Technicians, and independent assessment of various situations.  Coordinates and participates in problem resolution activities.  Assists in developing specifications. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Food Science or other food related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
• One year QA experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate computer skills

Bilingual Spanish/English speaking ability is a plus.
