Amy's Kitchen 3 Cheese Pizza with Cornmeal Crust
Freezers aren't always kind to pizza crust--many we tasted were too doughy, too dense or too limp. But judges loved this unique recipe, noting the "great cornmeal texture." Cheese lovers will like this one, too--it's topped with mozzarella, parmesan and goat cheese, plus chopped tomatoes.
We love your products so much. We recently discovered your pizza pocket sandwiches and Spinach Feta pocket sandwiches. My 8 year old daughter can eat an entire pizza pocket sandwich which is terrific because she is a picky eater. My husband and I love all of your products, but my husband is particulary crazy about the Spinach Feta pockets. As a mom, I love the fact that everything is made with organic products as well as with no bioengineered ingredients. That is important to our family.
